RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Christine Mueller Art, all sales are final. Because each piece is carefully created, curated, and packaged, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This also includes gift card purchases.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or other circumstances unrelated to damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
If a refund is approved due to a damaged item, defective product, or an error on our part, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or an item arriving damaged.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
